Introduction to Tantra: Level 1

Spring: Saturday, April 13 and Sunday, April 14, 2023

What We Promise: 

You will walk away with a fundamental understanding of how to apply Tantra into your life. This path works with the energetic (chakra) system to assist you in surmounting limitations, creating stability, and ultimately transcending spiritual blocks. You will be able to start practicing Tantra alone or with a partner after Level 1

• The price does not include lodging or meals. Snacks will be served. 
• You will receive a manual and in depth exercises and journal prompts to continue your journey forward. 
• Space is limited. 
• What to bring: yoga mat (if you have one), water bottle, pen, journal, and comfortable clothes
• You do not need to do yoga to participate and receive the teachings
• Location will be finalized by April 1, 2024
