This workshop focuses on the nondualistic path of Tantra for spiritual self realization. WE highly recommend that you experience both the Emotional Mastery and Heart Alchemy weekend workshops to get the full benefit of the teachings. We sell all three weekend workshops as a package.
You will Learn
Sublimation and Transfiguration
Sublimation is the process of taking energy from the lower three chakras and moving it into the upper chakras. Instead of functioning in lower, mundane frequencies, the energy is moved for our spiritual awakening.
Transfiguration is an important part of Tantra wisdom as it allows us to see the Divine in any form. It allows us to function at a higher level and frequency as we move into the higher chakras. We begin to see the Divine in everything, the beauty and grace in the form and the formless.
Explore Chakras 5, 6 and 7
We will move through the upper three chakras. Each of the upper chakras represents a level of consciousness.
Spiritual Mastery
As we arrive at the crown chakra, we explore the pinnacle of the journey through the chakra system. All hatha yoga practices lead to the opening of, the crown chakra (Sahasara)
We will explore the non-dualistic approach for spiritual mastery.

Your Guides
Paige and Chris
We are Certified Tantric Teachers united in a spiritual quest and dharmic path. When we met, we were both seeking a spiritual partnership rather than a mainstream relationship. In our view, a spiritual partnership is where both partners are willing to do their inner work to grow and evolve. It is also a unification to come together despite any differences, challenges or outdated patterns and beliefs that might be holding us back from living a more enlightened life together. We also see our partnership as a divine union, and will share the wisdom of the ancients who discovered love as a path of spiritual enlightenment.
Meet Paige
Paige is a Certified Vinyasa and Tantra teacher as well as a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist. Paige sought out Tantra to understand the energetic body to work with her kundalini energy after a kundalini awakening. She has been working with the energetic body for over ten years, and has found that Tantra answers many of life’s greatest mysteries and is her chosen path for spiritual evolution.
Meet Chris
Chris is a Certified Tantra Teacher as well as a Somatic Based Coach, and is uniquely qualified to work with the emotional body and any traumas and emotional blockages stored in the soma. Chris is particularly interested in working with men on conscious masculinity, conscious leadership, and it is his dharmic path to unveil the inner light within.
The Setting
Foxhollow Farm
Our weekend workshops will be held at a 1,300 acre Biodynamic Farm just outside of Louisville, Kentucky. In the early 90’s, Foxhollow was a health spa and alternative wellness clinic way before its time. It was a respite for the chronically ill and a retreat for those looking for time in nature. In 2005, it became a BioDynamic farm, which respects all living beings. It was the original indigenous territory of the Tsalaguwetiyi (Cherokee, East), Shawandassee Tula (Shawnee), Adena and Hopewell.
As a biodynamic farm, the stewards of this land take into account the whole ecosystem of the land. They work in harmony with the land using medicinal plants, quartz crystal, and composted manure. Given this holistic approach, Foxhollow is a perfect example of stewardship of the land.
In addition to this approach, the farm was heavily influenced by the work of Rudolph Steiner who was a spiritual teacher, and who brought the Waldorf School model, BioDynamic Farming, and anthroposophy to the West.

- What to bring: yoga mat (if you have one), water bottle, pen, journal, and comfortable clothes
